SHIPPING PROCEDURES

• All transactions will be shipped via United State Postal Services (USPS).
• All orders will be shipped after your order has been received/processed.  In addition,  the order may be delayed if its a first-time buyer (see below).
• Hair orders will only be shipped Monday thru Friday.
• Tracking numbers will be provided for customers with shipping issues.  Note: information sent from this site may be sent to spam/junk mail folder, e.g., tracking numbers, when sent. 
• Once you have received your tracking information, contact (Call) the postal service for any shipping issues.  This site does not work with/for the postal service and unable to provide any additional information from what the tracking information provides.  
• It is your responsibility to track your own packages.  This site does track packages for customers to update them accordingly.
• All first-time buyer orders will be verified via text or email (check inbox, spam, junk folders).  Delayed order verification will result in delayed shipping.  
• All orders with multiple names associated with the order, i.e., order name does match email address or shipping name, will be cancelled immediately.
• NO ORDER IS SHIPPED SAME DAY.
• THIS SITE DOES DISSEMINATE CONFIRMATION EMAILS, THEY ARE AUTO-GENERATED THROUGH GODADDY PLATFORM.  IF MONEY IS REMOVED FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AFTER COMPLETING YOUR ORDER, PLEASE CONCLUDE THAT YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED.  "NO NEED TO INQUIRE ANY FURTHER."  MONEY WILL NEVER BE DEDUCTED FROM ANYONE'S BANK ACCOUNT IF THEY HAVE NOT SUBMITTED AN ORDER WITH THIS SITE.

NOTE:

Orders will be verified (randomly) to avoid unauthorized orders.  If you purchase from this site and do not provide your email address and phone number, your order will be cancelled immediately.

Hair being shipped outside of the Maryland, DC, and Virginia (DMV) metro area will require additional shipping days, in addition to the shipping days listed, due to being located in other parts of the country.  All shipping timeframes listed are calculated for the DMV metro area.  If hair is required to be obtained sooner for areas outside of the DMV, feel free to inform via email prior to ordering for confirmation and coordination options (overnight shipping).
